This was a chance to find out why people volunteer; anonymous comments were collected and displayed on a poster for all to enjoy. Everyone had something different to say, which made for interesting reading. ‘Volunteers make the world a better place’, and ‘I couldn’t bear not to be involved’ were typical contributions.
